Each person is allowed only one account on fb99bet. If the same individual is found to have created multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and bonuses on both will be cancelled.

• A valid mobile number is required at registration — it will be used for OTP verification.
• For large withdrawals, fb99bet may request a copy of your national ID.

Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, any subsequent odds changes will not apply. The odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are final, unless a technical error caused incorrect odds to be shown.

• If a match is cancelled entirely, the full stake for that bet is refunded to your wallet.
• Fb99bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining legs are settled as usual.
• Any disputes regarding results must be reported to support within 48 hours.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on fb99bet. Any one of these violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same person.
• Bonus Abuse: Using false information or multiple identities to take advantage of promotions.
• Match Fixing: Deliberately attempting to influence the outcome of a match, whether for yourself or others.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using a gambling account for illegal money transfers.
• Third-Party Payment: Conducting transactions on behalf of or in the name of another person.

If you wish to close your fb99bet account voluntarily, email support@fb99bet.click or submit a request via live chat. Please withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.

Fb99bet may also close an account at its own discretion — for breach of terms, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms will not be refunded.

• Once self-exclusion is activated under responsible gambling, the account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends.
• During a cooling-off period, your account remains active but no new bets can be placed.
• Any valid bets placed before account closure will still be settled as normal.

Fb99bet may update these terms at any time as needed. When changes are made, the date at the top of the page will be updated, and members will be notified by email for any significant changes. Continued use of fb99bet after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those new terms.
